"Let me tell you. I’m a nightmare of a customer. I have a 1000 questions and constantly text their number with questions. Not once has Kevin, his team, or State Farm let me down. When I was getting scammed In my car insurance Kevin called me personally and got me a policy that was in my budget and fair. He talked me through everything. Multiple times 😂 then when I decided to buy a house, I asked him what to do. This guy and his company walked me through like a child, the policies and everything that goes into buying a home and rope it in to my payment. "we have been with this particular branch of State Farm for the last 20 years or so. we purchased both our house and car insurances from this branch. I would have to say that it has been a very pleasant experience to deal with them. we have had to approach them a to claim for weather related damages to our house a couple of times, as well for car related damages and each time State Farm has gone out of their way to make the whole process easy for us. I never had to argue with them regarding why this or that was not getting covered in our claims. They did what was right every time. Every phone call I made to them was answered promptly and they always got back to me with the necessary information if they did not have it when I called. I highly recommend this agent of State Farm."

"The staff here at this State Farm are very respectful and well mannered. They all seem kind and go above and beyond to help their customers out. I locked my keys in my car by mistake at the car wash club and all I had was air pods in my ears because I had been listening to music. My phone was in the car. Siri was being difficult and wouldn’t call State Farm for me so I had to have Siri call my son and he gave me the number for this State Farm because Kevin is my agent. Long story short I asked for a lock smith and they texted me the number but my watch only works Bluetooth so it only works on WiFi or will call iPhones only. Well when Siri called emergency road side assistance it wanted me to dial the number option I needed. I absolutely couldn’t say the number. So I called this State Farm back and explained my unfortunate situation and they immediately called on my behalf and had a locksmith get to me in 30 minutes. He was not any later. I appreciate this because I wasn’t in the best neighborhood and it was stressful. I just wanted to get home to my family. I paid for the emergency lock smith and submitted my receipt to Kevin and he put the claim through and it will take a little bit but I will be refunded my money. This is a great agency and I highly recommend."
